I am a Minneapolis based Scenic Charge and freelance painter. I started my freelance career nearly 2 decades ago and have worn many hats. I am currently the Scenic Charge for Theater Latte Da, a mid-level sized theater that focuses on musical theater. As a scenic artist I have worked with The Guthrie Theatre, The Children’s Theatre Co, The Ordway Theatre and MN Opera, among others. As a freelance artist I have worked with Macy’s Special Events, VStar Entertainment and on several public and private murals for Lili Lennox and Adam Turman.

I am a visual storyteller that values collaboration, kindness, and environmental responsibility. In 2021, myself and some colleagues opened Next Stage Rental and Market; Minneapolis’ first prop rental house and reclaimed materials store with the mission of reducing waste in the Twin Cities theater community.

I am a founding member of the Guild of Scenic Artists, a non-profit that connects scenic artists from across the country by providing professional development, peer resources, and articles on our industry. I served as Treasurer for two years. I am a proud union member of USA829.
